    "RED HOT CHILI PEPPERS" SCORE FOUR GRAMMYS


    The "Red Hot Chili Peppers" took home four Grammy Awards on Sunday, February 11th at the 49th annual awards ceremony,second only to country act the Dixie Chicks, who won five. The "Chili Peppers" won Best Rock Album for their 2006 double-CD set, "Stadium Arcadium", as well as Best Rock Song and Best Rock Performance by a Duo or Group with Vocal for "Dani California." The band and "Stadium Arcadium" also picked up a prize for best limited edition packaging. The "Chili Peppers" gave the show's final musical performance, playing their latest single, "Snow (Hey Oh)."

    "BUCKCHERRY" HAVE NEW FANS!


    "Buckcherry" have really made a comeback with their latest album "Fifteen", and even garnered a GRAMMY nomination for their hits single “Crazy Bitch,” so we had to ask…what’s changed now that their big stars once again? Singer Josh Todd says: "they haven’t changed, but their fans have.Actually, the audience has changed for us, a lot. It’s much younger now, which is great. A lot of people don’t know we have three records out, it’s funny. They come to the shows and they think "Fifteen" is our only record. That’s pretty cool, we’ve got a lot of new fans."

    "MUSE" NAMED BEST LIVE ACT AT BRIT AWARDS


    "Muse" was named Best British Live Act on Wednesday, February 14th at the Brit Awards, the U.K. equivalent to the Grammys. The show, which was held at the Earl's Court arena in London and broadcast live on British television, also featured a five-song performance by Outstanding Contribution To Music honorees "Oasis". Other winners included "Arctic Monkeys", who were named Best British Group and won Best British Album for their debut, "Whatever People Say I Am, That's What I'm Not", and the "Killers", who walked away with Best International Group and Best International Album for Sam's Town.
